Are there any restrictions on the number of requests I can make?
After you subscribe, you have the freedom to add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue. The good news is that they'll be delivered to you one by one. So, feel free to load up your queue with as many requests as you have in mind!
How quickly can I expect to get my designs?
Typically, the majority of requests are completed within a speedy two days or even less. It's worth noting that more intricate or complex requests might take a bit longer to ensure the highest quality. Rest assured, we're committed to delivering your designs as efficiently as possible!
What is the background of the designers?
Surprising as it may be, the design work is handled by a solo agency, meaning you'll be in direct collaboration with me. However, for power-ups like animations or custom illustrations, we bring in specialized partner designers to ensure top-notch quality.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

What's the process for making design requests?
You have a lot of flexibility in requesting designs through Trello. Many clients choose to do so directly on Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even record a brief Loom video for a more dynamic explanation. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game for your design requests.
What if I don't like the design?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
Are there specific types of design work that are not included in your services?
Absolutely. While I don't handle 3D modeling, animated graphics, document design, complex packaging, or extensive print design, I specialize in product design tailored for tech companies. This includes creating intuitive and engaging designs for apps, mobile platforms, web apps, and websites. Your tech-related product design needs are my expertise, and I'm here to bring your vision to life in the digital realm!
What if I only have a single request?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Is there a refund policy in case I'm not satisfied with the service?
Given the high-quality nature of the work, we don't offer refunds. However, our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction, so if you have any concerns or need adjustments, we're here to work closely with you until you're happy with the results.
